We always hope that you are satisfied with our pieces, but if at anytime you aren’t, you can always return them for store credit. This applies to regular-priced items only.
To receive in-Store Credit, please contact us first through email only. We must approve your return first. In-store credit will not be issued if the buyer doesn’t contact us first and receive approval within the 7 days of original shipping date.
We cannot guarantee stock for a returned item.
If you have received an incorrect, defective, or damaged piece from our shop, please contact us immediately or no later than 7 days of the original shipping date.
We do not accept any altered goods. Any return requests after the 7 day return period will not be approved.

Peony St. Boutique reserves the right to add a 10-20% restocking fee to each return that doesn't follow this policy, if approved.
Shipping can take from 3-7 business days depending on what shipping zone you are in. Processing time can take 2-4 business days. All orders ship Monday-Friday 10am-5pm. All customers will receive a electronic tracking number.
All orders are shipped via USPS/UPS mail depending on the shipping selected at checkout. Peony St. is not responsible for any lost items due to incorrect addresses. Customer is responsible for any shipping fees.
